At Skin Originals, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully prepared and handed over to trusted delivery partners to provide a smooth and reliable experience.
Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible orders placed during operating hours.
- Cairo & Giza Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days.
- Alexandria: 1–2 business days.
- All Other Governorates: 1–4 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Additional fees may apply for same-day delivery services depending on the delivery location and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from the courier through WhatsApp containing your tracking information and delivery updates.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Skin Originals cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to unavailable recipients, incorrect information, or repeated refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery requests.
