At Skin Originals, we want you to shop with confidence. Every order is carefully packed and checked before shipment to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Sealed and unopened.
  • Returned in their original packaging.

Because we sell personal care and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, contact our support team and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever available.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

If the return is the result of a damaged item, defective product, or an error made by Skin Originals, we will cover the return-related costs.

For returns requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
